With an extensive background in finance, Gerard Khorozian has been using his expertise to make personal real estate investments for over fifteen years. His successes and strong interest in the field, ultimately led him to pursue his license with the California Bureau of Real Estate. Growing up, Gerard dreamt of attending and playing football at the University of Southern California. He worked hard and made his dream a reality; becoming a Trojan football player and earning his BS degree. He then completed a second degree from USC, earning a Masters from the School of Policy, Planning and Development. After a decade of working in corporate finance, he pursued an executive MBA from Loyola Marymount University.

Gerard’s 19 years of work experience in corporate and real estate contract administration makes him a highly skilled negotiator. He has a very high success rate in getting buyers the property they want. In addition, he has held several Board positions and has been the president of multiple home owners associations, allowing him to gain valuable property management experience.
